The company was looking to redesign their business cards with a new look and feel. I read through Phathom’s brand guidelines and talked with their production manager about what they were looking for. I was asked to create 3 different layouts for their business cards. As shown in the image below: (left to right) simple card, moderate card, and a complex card. I worked through iterations of each style until we had that down. Then we worked on different substrate options for the cards. I printed, cut, and shipped samples on different papers. In the end, the customer decided to use a Linen 100# Cover. In addition to creating the design, we produce sets of business cards for their employees on a regular basis.
